Returns, Customer Service and Guarantee


You have fifteen (15) days to return a regular-price product purchased in our store. To enable a product return, you have to respect these two conditions:

  —The item has to be in its original packaging. If you don’t have it, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

  —The item shall not be damaged or worn.

Note that our discounted products (clearance, sidewalk sale, flash sale) cannot be returned or exchanged.

All products that are part of the “shoe care” category cannot be returned or exchanged. By shoe care, we include insoles, waxes, etc.

When you return your purchase you can:

—Buy a replacement product

Get a credit note of the amount paid for the returned product. Our credit notes have no expiry date and they can be used on a new pair of shoes, shoe care, shoe repairing services, etc.

Get a refund of the amount paid for the returned item


If the purchased item happens to be defective, you will have to come and see us at the store where we will address the issue. Here are different solutions :

1. Minor damage (broken stitching, unstock insoles, defective ornament, etc.)

Our shoe repairing services can fix the problem at no cost.

2. Major damage (unsual degradation, etc…)

In the event of a major damage, we will send back the item to the company so the defect can be checked internally. The company will then decide if a credit or a replacement pair will be offered. This process usually takes around ten (10) days.

After a thirty (30) day period, a defective and non-reparable item will be replaced with an identical one or a credit note of the amount paid for the defective product will be issued.
